He worked tirelessly to sell our home, not once, but twice after the first deal's financing fell through partly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We currently live out of state, and he made everything possible without us having to return to the home. He took professional photos, found us a general contractor to perform minor repairs, checked on the vacant property, and was always willing to go the extra mile for us. Best decision I could have ever made!!!This was my first home purchase and being new to all of this I was very skeptical and worried over who I could get to help me and trust.. in all honesty I had a realtor before John and it was horrible..... I could never get calls back never got any listing ideas nothing. Then came the day I picked a house on zillow to look at and John was the preferred agent for the house... so I told my girlfriend what the hell couldn't be any worse. Went to the house and meet John for the first time and it was like meeting a friend I haven't seen in years but picked right up where we left off. After that first meeting we never looked back and he was always there from sending us listings to being available to accommodate our crazy schedule. If we ever had any questions I got a call or text right back. He never seemed to busy for us and always treated us like his only client.
